Master of Information Technology (VTMIT)
The Master of Information Technology program can be completed entirely through web-based courses for a master’s degree in information technology and include a graduate certificate in one of six different areas: Software Development, Networking, Business Information Systems, Information Security, Decision Support Systems and Telecommunications. Virginia Tech Wake Forest School of Biomedical Engineering and Sciences (SBES)
The Virginia Tech - Wake Forest University School of Biomedical Engineering & Sciences is a fully joint graduate program, formed in 2003, which brings together three prestigious academic institutions: the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech, the Wake Forest School of Medicine, and the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Each of these separate entities contributes unique strengths to the combined enterprise so that students are offered a wide spectrum of first-class educational and research opportunities in a beautiful part of the country.
Sustainable Water Infrastructure Management Center (SWIM)
The Virginia Tech SWIM Center, in partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Water Environmental Research Foundation (WERF), is offering a certificate program for individuals interested in learning the fundamentals of Sustainable Water Infrastructure Asset Management.

Students will also learn the methodologies and tools that use knowledge of these fundamental processes for infrastructure engineering and management.
The objective of this program is to broaden and deepen the body of knowledge for practicing engineers. The program was developed to improve the practice, elevate the standards and advance the profession of water infrastructure management.
This program is restricted to off-campus professionals and is not intended for those who are in a Virginia Tech on-campus degree program.
